- Delivery and Management of Conversation UX Projects-
- Manage design, build and deployment of conversational flows for various channels (web, mobile, SMS, voice).
- Provide thought leadership in helping business leaders understand how conversational experiences will enhance customer engagement.
- Manage the team of Squad Leads and BA to create engaging and swift flows
- Understand the existing journey map
- Apply business rules and compliance for BoT dev as per channel
- Manages and Develops conversation journey flows through Squad / BAs
- Performs bot testing from a functional and usability perspective
- Provides input to test cases and test scripts
- Resolve defects / Bugs
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across the organization
