Digital Ecosystem Head - Education Loans Job Purpose : - The role entails setting up the Education Loan ecosystem by implementing strategies to enhance the digital ecosystem application ; both mobile and web, tie up and onboarding of consultants, content development, delivering education related needs to the customers in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner. - It includes building up teams, systems, process and culture amenable to the scale and consistency of delivery. Role will closely collaborate with Retail team ; Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, BIU, marketing, website, analytics for same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience in the education space. Primary Responsibilities : - Customer journey imagination & End to end digitization for higher education journey for customer in terms of providing modules on information, assistance & education finance - Driving education ecosystem platform and related changes - Driving tech innovation - Coordination with marketing & website team, technology, projects team and more - UAT & live testing before deployment of any system integrations, services etc - System innovation to ease end to end journey - Project management - Content management - Call center management - Additional responsibility of Manpower management, Budgeting & P&L for ecosystem product - Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the assigned area - Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer service - Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders Key Success Metrics : App downloads & website visits, time spent on app by customer, No of drop offs, Increased Profitability, Portfolio Quality, Total No. of Customers, Number of Customer Acquisitions
