Roles and responsibilities:

- Able to understand business requirements and Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer targeting strategies.

- Develop and maintain predictive models to assess credit card program propensity

- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support leadership and business teams.

- Creation of Monthly Program offer files

- Setting up automation pipelines for models.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in credit card industry.

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in Analytics.

- Proficient in sql, excel.
