Objective:
- To establish & manage group of branches covering a designated state
- To drive the business vision of building a community centric relationship based mass market banking business in the designated state
- Implement the business vision of building enduring relationships at the household level in the entire state
- Develop the equity in the market through community outreach and building partnerships with local development organizations
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up the business in respective state & driving business targets, ensuring high quality service, customer relationship
- Responsible for profitability of all the branches in the state
- Achieve the product wise targets for the state
- Regular visit to all the areas
- Ensuring Staff productivity & Product penetration
- Strategize & Implement new processes for managing better customer relationships
- Management of complete audit and compliance for the state
- Ensure best utilization of funds
- Analyze trends in portfolio quality and operational compliance and take corrective action
- Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest possible product modifications / improvements
- Build capability of members in allocated area
Candidate Profile
- Masters degree in any stream
- Possess 9-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in Banking.
- Should have handled multiple branches/clusters/areas in previous assignments
- Should possess strong sales, people-management and customer-service skills
- Ability to handle wide geography & multiple branches
- Excellent communication and listening skills with knowledge of local language is must
