Product Manager - Trade Finance

Job Description :

- Work closely with the Head of Trade Product Management to design and create innovative product suite for Trade offerings.

- Work on domestic and cross border Trade transactions including FDI/ODI, financing structures LC backed/non-LC, factoring etc

- Coordinate with front-end sales team for initial product conceptualization and develop related systems & operating procedures and on-going product/process re-engineering.

- Create Customized Product Requirement documents for communicating the product specifications to technology and operations for initial launch

- Work closely with technology & operations team in development and launch of products by providing business inputs to technology team and owning UAT and pre-launch modifications

- Ensure that controls are built into the product delivery process and adherence to guidelines set by internal & external regulators.

- Take feedback from front-end TBG sales teams to ensure customer needs are met through product solutions; provides inputs for product development, pricing/ charges.

- Coordinate with Legal, Technology, Operations, Risk and other support departments during the product development process to ensure smooth deliver & operations from the time of launch.

- Ensure quick resolution to clients' queries and problems within mutually agreed upon turnaround time.

- Work on Strategies along with TBG product Head & Sales Head to launch new Trade finance products

- Training and coaching Sales Teams (Corporate RMs and Product Sales Managers) on Trade finance products.

An Ideal Candidate should possess :

- Strong hands-on experience of Trade Finance (Export finance, Import finance, Remittances, FDI/ODI/ECB, Buyer's and Supplier's Credit) & overall Transaction Banking business.

- Strong product development, structuring & customizing and presentation skills.
