Job Description:

- Plan and execute all public relations initiatives of IDFC Bank

- Actively engage with key stakeholders to understand and build content that is relevant to the media

- Support in the creation and execution of effective PR plans

- Prepare content, including presentations and press releases that communicate IDFC Bank's new products and services

- Develop and maintain relationships with news outlets

- Create awareness about the Bank among subject matter specialists, clearly articulating the Bank's positioning and viewpoints

- To be the point of contact for all media enquiries

- Ensure that all IDFC events are well branded and create video and photo content where necessary

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree / along with a Post Graduate degree in Marketing, PR & Communications from Tier 1 Institute

- Possesses a minimum 6 - 10 years of total relevant experience, preferably with a background in a PR agency, handing clients in the financial services industry and / or in corporate communications in the BFSI sector

- Ability to build relationships - internally and externally

- Exceptional communication (oral and written) with presentation skills

- Good understanding of financial domain

- Deep knowledge and understanding about news trends & communication channels, including digital media

- Ability to generate fresh ideas and think out of the box

- Ability to work with colleagues across functions
