Objective :
- To establish & manage group of branches covering a designated territory
- To drive the business vision of building a community centric relationship based mass market banking business in the designated geographical area
- Implement the business vision of building enduring relationships at the household level in the entire area
- Develop the equity in the market through community outreach and building partnerships with local development organizations
Key Responsibilities :
- Conducting branch location evaluation survey and identifying potential locations for business branches
- Responsible for area business targets through household level customer relationship approach
- Responsible for profitability of all the branches in the area and achieve high scores on - customer household relationship - building in each branch catchment
- Ensure staff productivity and household level product penetration
- Strategize & Implement new processes for increasing depth of customer relationships
- Management of complete audit and compliance for the area
- Ensure best utilization of funds
- Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest possible product modifications / improvements
- Build capability of members in allocated area
- Monitor collections and assist branch teams on recoveries
Candidate Profile :
- Masters degree in any stream
- Possess 6 - 9 years of total experience, preferably from bank
- Should possess strong sales, people-management and customer-service skills
- Ability to handle wide geography & multiple branches
- Excellent communication and listening skills with knowledge of local language is must
