IDES - Company Secretary

Roles & Responsibilities :

1) Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings & general meetings.

2) Circulation of Minutes of board meetings & General Meetings on time; coordination for signing of financial statement.

3) Updation and maintenance of Statutory Registers, Minutes Book etc

4) Preparation and filling of Foreign Liabilities & Assets return, single master form/ entity master form compliances, FC GPR / FCTRS Filing.

5) Preparation of fixed and event based e-form filing with reports & documents.

6) Circular resolution, if any

7) Posh compliances

8) Compliance of provisions of Company Law and Secretarial Standards

9) Dividend payout compliances if any to resident and non resident shareholders.

Other Tasks :

1) Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors

2) Updating Meeting schedules, Dashboard, MIS etc.

3) Updating Digital Signatures, KYC etc.

10) Dealing with RBI/AD Bank on FEMA matters

Qualification : B.com / M.Com preferred CS / ICSA

Work Experience: 1-4 Years as a CS

Salary CTC Range: As per market standard

Job Location: Hinjewadi Phase I, Pune. Near Wipro Circle, Beside Dassault Systems.
