Business Development Manager

Job brief:

- We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager International who can train, direct, and supervise a sales staff. You are expected to coordinate the operations of the sales & Marketing by establishing goals and monitoring the volume of sales from staff members.

- Candidate must review progress reports, which will help him determine sales potential, customer needs, and the pricing of products or services

Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly reports and provide and effective recap of previous year performance and review same.

- Develop and implement an operational plan for reservation and provide forecast to executive management.

- Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for companys products/ services.

- Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication.

- Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts and strategic partners of company.

- Coordinate with marketing team to determine international marketing application and ensure compliance with companys rule.

- Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives.

- Design sales contacts for all vertical markets.

- Maintain efficient relationship with all international customers.

- Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.

- Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- B2B Lead Generation and cold calling prospective international clients

- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

- Knack for sales - highly resilient and go-getter

- Outcome driven - ability to follow through for measurable outcome

- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and generating appointment

- Reaching out to their target audience through cold calling/ E Mail/ LinkedIn to generate leads (Need to make high volume of calls)

- Good time manager - ability to manage tasks vis-a-vis time in an organized way

- Self starter - takes initiative and has the ability to take pertinent decisions by himself/herself

Requirements:

- Proven working experience as a business Head of strategic business unit, or a relevant role

- Proven sales track record

- Experience in customer support is a plus

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM softwares (e.g. Salesforce)

- Proficiency in English

- International Market knowledge

- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Time management and planning skills

- Post graduate in business management / MBA in Marketing, sales or relevant field

Work Experience: 8 - 12 Years, International calling desirable
