Identity Manager Architect

We have a leadership opportunity for Identity Manager Architect with one of our client.

Requirement

- Good experience in Identity Management and also experience in architecting Identity and Access management solutions

- Strong architecting skills in multiple IDAM products such as SailPoint IIQ, RSA Aveksa, Microfocus IDM, CyberArk, CA PAM. Certifications in any of these tools is plus.

- Strong IAM domain knowledge.

- Strong hands-on development skills in designing workflows, rules, roles, notifications, certifications, custom connectors, policies, entitlements etc.

- Experience in integrating out of the box connectors not limited to SAP, ERP, JDBC, Active Directory, Exchange, etc. and in creating custom connectors

- Strong knowledge in web services, XML and JMS, Unix, LDAP is preferred.

- Experienced in conducting assessments of as-is IAM landscape and recommending roadmap.

- Ability to identify appropriate approach when working on complex technical issues.

- Experience in working on large scale proposals including creating technical solutions, providing effort estimates for multiple IAM products.

- Well versed in Regulations and the IAM compliance requirements such as Sox, HIPAA.

- Ability to work on multiple critical tasks simultaneously.

- Good knowledge on the Operations life cycle and activities.

- Excellent client facing and presentation skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Gather and understand requirements and identify CTQs

- Analyzing the requirements and feasibility of framework to accomplish the requirements.

- Responsible for architecting the solution based on the CTQs.

- Responsible for providing optimum solution for the requirements/issues for customer requirements

- Responsible for providing technical and domain thought leadership via whitepapers

- Responsible for researching trends in IDAM space and suggesting process or tool adoption

- Responsible for architecting solutions for the pre-sales team
