1. ITIL Process Knowledge

Responsibilities :

- Involved in Blueprint Oversight – Maintain oversight for blueprints documents, application configuration documents, master data standards, functional specification, training material, ARIS business process, applications documentation in functional area of responsibility.

- Business engagement – clarify Business process design related questions from the business. Participate in continuous business process improvement programs. Participate in change management activities.

- Change request management – Complete impact assessment and propose a high level solution design for change request. Review and recommend changes to the list of pre-approved Service Requests. Projects – Complete impact assessment and propose a high level solution design for projects. Review and recommended sign off of blueprint design changes.

- Design – Contribute to the design changes initiated by business as usual projects and change requests. ? Solution roadmap – Develop and maintain solution roadmaps changes.

- Project & CR execution – Participate in the execution of projects or change requests on the request of the 1SAP Engineer or Operations Engineering.

- Change Control Board – Participate in the CCB (Change Control Board) activities for functional area of responsibility. Assessment of all the changes that need to be moved into production either in a regular release or special release.

- Training - Participate in training activities. Work and comply with all compliance requirements and data protection.
