IDEMIA - Project Manager

We are looking for Immediate joiner for below role.

Job Profile :

- Project Manager is expected to take ownership of a project from initiation phase to closure. The resource will be responsible for planning, executing large-scale integration projects according to timelines and budgets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead complex and large scale integration projects Based on Java.

- Understanding technical integration technologies such as API operations and XML and JSON concepts, as well as other web and database technology so decisions can be made on project plan requirements

- Experience producing software development scope/specification documentation

- Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress

- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives

- Manage clients, vendors and sub-contractors

- Understand budgeting and financial management

- Identify and manage risks, plan for an effective risk mitigation

- Prepare and conduct weekly calls, monthly calls, quarterly review calls with client, management and team to discuss and provide update on project status.

Skills required :

- 10+ years of excellent project management experience and customer facing roles

- PMP/SCRUM/Prince2 certifications preferred

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in management or relevant computer science background

- Experience/knowledge of a software programming environment preferred

- Experience in handling geographically dispersed teams

- Proven ability on executing large scale IT integration projects

- Strong stakeholder management with proven leadership skills with expertise in conflict resolution

- Excellent communicator, who loves to go to the whiteboard, to discuss problems and solutions

- Working knowledge on project management and supporting tools like MS Project, JIRA, ERP, MSOffice
