In the role of Key Account Manager, you will provide professional client support to a set of allocated accounts and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities are :

- Identification of new business potentials and customer demands as well as organizing in-company actions to assure implementation of identified improvements.

- Handling product sale and knowledge of entire distribution, develops and implements strategies, forecasting, budgeting, manpower planning and execution, sales & delivery goals.

- Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing.

- Responsible for increasing account penetration, customer satisfaction and sales growth for long-term results.

- Interacting with the clients and analyzing customer usage, suggesting new products for upsell.

- Produce benchmarking reports. Utilize this to identify and progress any opportunities to deliver further services or ad-hoc projects.

- Client interfacing - client reporting - ensuring contracted reports are met and communicated

- Liaise with operations / delivery team on deliverables keep future outlook of clients in realm to bring info on new products and other resources planning

- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.

- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

- Meets assigned expectations for profitability.

Desired Skills : 

- Ability to interact with Sr. management, operations in customer place.

- Experience in developing, closing and executing large deals and ensure collection as per terms.

- Should have capability to work on high growth environment with consistent achievement of targets.
