Ideate Labs - Head - Technology Sales (8-10 yrs)

In this role, you will create and cultivate high-value relationships with large and medium enterprise customers to provide digital data solutions/ offerings. You will work closely with the development, client and management teams to build and grow the product/ service portfolio and ensure high level of customer satisfaction with each qualified engagement.

- Hardworking and passionate person who can drive digital transformation initiatives and create a lead pipeline of tech savy clients to do a product demo.

- Should be good at sales talks that help in getting meetings with senior members of the marketing community.

- Creating a product/ market wise plan for sales of all products in the company portfolio for the year. Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.

- Work with the team to create sales plan for team members. Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses. Manages multiple channel selling strategies.

- Identifying valuable emerging markets and accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to the constant shifts in the marketplace.

- Should be willing to travel locally on a daily basis and outstation occasionally for client meetings and should have good negotiation skills to close deals with clients.

- Good understanding of latest technology in Cloud, Mobility architecture and developing applications/ solutions in line with latest technology stack.

- Handle multiple client engagements with large teams and diverse technologies.

- Cares about the quality of deliverables and is passionate about providing innovative solutions to meet the clients- expectations.

- Provide inputs for addressing all technical clarifications to the client.

- Engage in presales, customer solutioning, brainstorming product ideas with prospects.

- Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature.

- High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results.
