Ideate Labs - Head - Technology

- As a Head Technology, you will work closely with the internal & client teams, within an extremely fast paced - daily deals- environment and you will be responsible for:

- Direct interaction with clients and being a part of demo's/ pitch meetings

- Web Development Skills and Ensuring successful and timely completion of Tech Projects

- Development in ASP.Net 2.0+ and related web technologies.

- Strong .Net fundamentals including knowledge of MVC

- Participate in requirement understanding and gap analysis.

- Mentor and Supervise team members

- Review artifacts like code, design, document, test cases, etc.

- Co-ordination with other team heads to ensure the project goals is met

- Preparing Technical and Process related documentation

- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

- Problem Solving attitude and pleasant personality

Experience : 10+ years

Skills Required : 

- Core skills: .NET 4.5, C# 4.0 and above, LINQ, SQL, Entity framework, MVC, OOP, MVVM, webforms application development, WCF, WordPress

- Web development skills: ASP.NET 4.5, JS-render, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, Knockout js, WebAPI, Restful design, IIS, SOAP/XML

- Databases: MSSQL, MySQL

- IDEs: Visual studio 2012 and above

- Data exchange formats: JSON and XML

- CMS Sitefinity exp will be preferred

- API design and development

- Working Knowledge SDLC
