Ideate Labs - Digital Head - Media Planning (5-10 yrs)
- Facilitate marketing planning and the allocation of the marketing budget, and ensure that PPC and Social Media is doing proper optimization and adjustments.
- Have hands on experience of working on tools like Similarweb, SEMRUSH, GlobalwebIndex, Facebook Insights, Facebook Analytics, GA, Keyword Planner
- Interpret and make recommendations based on campaign performance data to optimize, measure success, and identify learnings for future programs.
- Champion media measurement and ensure all plans are appropriately calibrated.
- Create and implement test and learn media plans and scale campaigns based on evidence of success.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing, advertising, and media planning principles with an expert knowledge of offline and online media channels.
- Demonstrated ability for delivering strategic solutions and tactical media plans.
- Have deep knowledge and creative panache to create 360 degree media campaigns
- Organizes, gathers/distributes information for, and leads Digital Client Onboarding Meetings, Insight Meetings and Creative Briefings and coordinates with offline Account Directors
- Maintains database of competitive tactics that drive unique differentiation and reinforce exclusive benefits.
