Ideas- World's (IW) vision is to create scalable and sustainable businesses by focusing on segments/solutions necessarily required by a billion people. The solution to solving challenges surrounding all such necessarily required segments lies in 3 words 'Organising the Unorganised', and this is precisely IW is doing.

Tour, Travel and Transport (3T), are such first inter-connected segments, chosen by IW. It is creating India's first market-place for 3T segment, beginning with Transport and within Transport the first link is Cars.

IW via Idea Transport World is on its first mission to redefine Transport segment beginning with cars, which in India is mirrored by:

1) Highly unorganised large supply and demand

2) Lack on an integrated player offering services to all demand segments and their needs

3) Large agency segment playing a substantial role and

4) Lack of a Partners led approach despite this segment largely dependent on partners

The whole business model is original, highly scalable and distinct from the existing players (large, small, organised/unoranised) in the market. One of the reason, it has been able to get substantial traction (across all factors) in a relatively short period. One year in operations now, we are having a revenue run-rate of over a million dollar per annum with positive cash-flows.

Our Technology team is creating an unmatched tech platform across web and mobile. As important is to effectively communicate to target audiences of our initiatives.

We are looking for a growth hacker/ digital marketing pro who can grow our user base and active users every month.

Location : Candidates from Mumbai only are encouraged to apply.

Skills required:

- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:

- Conceptualize a digital strategy aligned with business objectives

- Develop relevant content topics to reach the brand's target customers.

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a - Social- way while cultivating leads and sales.

- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

- Oversee design (Profile pictures, Ads, landing pages, Twitter, Other social media, Blogs, etc.)

- Should have knowledge about Social ad campaigns including Google Ad words

- Manage efforts in building Online reviews and reputation.

- Viral Growth techniques - In-App, Social and Offline

Good-to-Have Attributes - Start-up experience, Worked on Growth hacking tools, B2B marketing, SEO

Position: Part/Full Time

Compensation: Significant delivery/milestone-based Equity + Share in profits. Company to compensate for travelling and other work-related expenses. Equity to be based on: 1) Skill sets, 2) Deliverables and 3) Duration.

The Opportunity: Ideas World - Idea Transport World is an initiative by experienced professionals turned entrepreneurs having built few of India's largest companies across multiple domains. This will be an opportunity to directly work with the founders. Candidates meeting the performance and deliverables criteria will become part of top management.
