What do we expect you to do:

- Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management.

- Will drive the direct Sales & Channel Sales for the company

- Set up a Sales Team & Process and grow the business exponentially

- Role will be a strong mix of long term development and eye on sharp execution by his team

- Create and deliver Month and Quarter Business objectives

- Lead by example by way of In Market Presence, Review Meetings and Process compliance

- Drive new product expansions / upselling / cross-selling incorporating customer requirements

- Will work on a consultative role working closely with different stake holders in the clients organization.

- Can participate in the geographical growth of the business to Bengaluru & Hyderabad in 12 months.
