What is the Growth STRATEGY MANAGER role? There is a need to transform the way large companies pursue new market opportunities and growth strategies in this uncertain VUCA World. As a member of Ideapoke's Growth Services Team, you will play a powerful role in advising customers on internal and external Market Analysis, emerging technology adoption, and strategic inputs. You will help our clients iteratively figure out their growth opportunities in an agile manner by combining in-depth research, Ideapoke's SaaS products and customer-centric professional consultative services. What are my responsibilities? - Research: Lead custom iterative research and remote strategic engagements with complete responsibility on planning and execution of the engagement along with other team members and departments. - Strategic growth frameworks and processes: Analyze emerging Strategy & Innovation practices and processes adopted by the industry. Create and deploy consulting & research frameworks with client buy-in. - Advisory: For a client's growth initiative, you will gather and analyze information, formulate, and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations in a consultative manner. - Recommendations and KPIs: You will find opportunities to present results and KPIs to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. - Thought leadership: You will play a vital role on building and disseminating Ideapoke's thought leadership, product and service education through Whitepapers, Videos, and other content types. - Agile Experimenter: Quickly experiment, learn, and apply new tools, processes and frameworks for internal service and product development. Support internal innovation initiatives to define, validate and launch new solutions. - Collaborate with Leadership, Sales, Marketing and Research teams to identify capabilities and competencies that needs to be developed to support the above. What skills and experiences would I bring into this role? - MBA or equivalent Masters (MS/MTech) specialization in Strategy, Consulting, Technology, or Innovation with around 5 - 10 years of relevant experience - Relevant experience in management consulting, innovation management or business strategy experience is important. - Experience with consulting toolkit preferred (research, quantitative analysis, qualitative synthesis, written/oral communication) - Comfortable working across broad industry domains ranging from Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Automotive, Chemicals and Consumer areas. - Enthusiasm for our clients and the problems we are solving for them - Ability to successfully work in an environment with consistently shifting priorities and high ambiguity in stakeholder expectation - Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills - Ability to operate in different international time-zones as per customer demand
