Job Description
- Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all employees.
- Plan, organize and control all activities of the department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Establish mechanisms to monitor performance of employees, and coach supervisors/managers on performance management issues
- Provide guidance on the development of employees in the organization; Implement the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement; manage talent and succession planning
- Implement and annually update the compensation program; rewrites job description as necessary; conduct annual salary surveys and develop merit pool (salary budget); analyze compensation; monitor the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary.
- Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures; perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow.
- Conduct recruitment efforts for all Technology and Non-Technology requirements; write and place advertisements; work with supervisors to screen and interview candidates; conduct reference checks; extend job offers; conduct new-employee orientations; monitor career-path program and employee relations counseling; conduct exit interviews.
- Establish and maintain HR records and reports for each department; participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly departmental meetings to understand the issues and help in creating action plans; maintains organizational chart
- Evaluate reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals. Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Ensure compliance with all central, state and local employment laws.

- Comprehensive understanding of local, state and central employment laws
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong understanding of HRIS tools preferred
- Experience in Technology Start-up environment preferred
Experience
- 5+ years of HRBP Experience, of which 2+ years of handling a team of 2 or more.
Educational Qualification
- MBA from 2015 or prior batch; graduation of Computer Science Engg. will be preferred.
Location: Bangalore
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. This position occasionally requires long hours, weekend work, and travel.
