What will you be expected to do?

- Overall responsibility for end to end management and delivery of programs from inception through production implementation and market introduction

- Acts as a single point interface between the program team and line of business to ensure programs meet defined business objectives

- Leads cross-functional teams from development, design and quality testing to deliver the program

- Integrates work streams across teams and stakeholders, manages risks and conflicts and brings issues to resolution as required through collaboration and escalations appropriately

- Works directly with business functions for wall to wall execution, ensures their engagement and commitments to the program plan are obtained, and tracked to achieve the results and deliverables required for successful delivery

- Effectively manages and monitors program(s) through development of robust plans, schedules, change control, and Risk/Opportunity closure to project budget

- Ability to clearly communicate at all levels of the organization

- Presents the program status and decision points to the required steering committees and obtains the approvals and decisions in accordance with portfolio governance as required by the NPI process

- Prioritizes key issues, and takes quick appropriate action with minimal support to resolve prior to program impact

- Quickly assesses unclear, complex, and ambiguous situations with minimal support and reduces into distinct, clear, timely, and stable direction of program team

What you must have accomplished earlier?

- Degree in science, engineering or other technical field

- A Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is desirable

- Overall 10 to 15 years' experience in IT/ITES roles

- 6 years and above experience in a Program Management role, with demonstrated success at leading large projects from idea through concept/definition, planning execution to launch

- Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in product development methodologies including waterfall, iterative, and agile

- Expertise in usage of Project Management and other scheduling tools like JIRA

- Must have pervasive sense of urgency to accelerate program execution to improve time-to-revenue

- Own, and relentlessly drive project execution to deliver revenue and margin growth to business

- Strong cross-functional team management skills to drive accountability and results from the team
