This is with reference to the below mentioned positions with us (Idea Cellular Ltd). Kindly go through the mentioned details for the same.

Position: Vertical Head – TQM

Level: Manager/Sr. Mgr

Reporting: Circle head (COO) & TQM Head (Corporate)

Experience: Min. 5 Years(Black belt certification is mandatory)

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification: B.E. or Any Post-Graduate with bright academics

Principal Responsibilities :

Six Sigma Projects :

- Identification of atleast 8 Black Belt Projects ( Financial Impact is above 50 Lakh pa or critical to business/customers) and Ensuring successfully closure of projects after 3 months sustenance after Improved performances.

- All the completed 8 projects should yield cumulatively a minimum of Rs 4 Crores in annualized Savings.

- Measures: no. of Projects & annualized savings.

- Identification, Define, Mentoring & Follow up of 10 Green Belts Projects (with Financial Impact less than 50 Lakh pa or critical to business/customers). Projects should led to completion by implementation of action plan on identified vital variables.

- Completion of 10 projects/ annualized saving of Rs. 5 Crores by March end.

Process Standardization

- Identification of 8 BPMS Projects and leading to completion by streamlining, automating, implementation of SOPs & action plan on identified vital variables.

- Provide process expertise in the streams assigned and assisting MBB in EAI & PT projects : Dealer & Sales Management, Collections, RA, FMS and process standardization work in Sales/Marketing as assigned.

- Replication//Benchmarking Best Practices 10 Nos.

Employee Engagement & Leading TQM initiatives

- Implementing 9 Nos. Gemba Kaizens.

- To ensure that monthly Quality Council Meetings happen & Reviews with HODs happen.

- Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting. Supporting & mentoring the team for achieving their KRAs.

- Assisting MBB for all the TQM initiatives to make synergy to ensure achievement of overall TQM goal of the Circle.

- Quality Fair Celebrations and implementation of 50 Nos. Kaizen.

Inhouse Training

- To ensure that all new employees joined during the year in the Circle have completed the 1-day Quality Awareness Training by end of March.

- To ensure that all employees who are Manager & above and part of Six Sigma Teams in the Circle have completed the 3-day

Measures will be No. of training sessions / % target completion

Ensuring Business Impact

- Overall Business Impact: Achieving savings of targeted amount on annualized basis ( 3% of Circle's revenue target) for the year, from all type of projects & Kaizen of Circle , it should be verified from Circle Finance Head.

Balanced Scorecard

- Design and implement the Balanced Scorecard in line with the specific deliverables to be agreed upon with the Circle Head
