Idea - Vertical Head - Product - mCommerce

Job Purpose :

- Handle digital wallet, build & manage product & payment features like Prepaid top-ups, shopping, travel, movies etc;

- Introduce idea money as a preferred way of making payments;

- Product management, marketing, Partner/merchant management, process definition/documentation, Regulatory compliance for mBanking/mCommerce initiative.

- Ensure competitive benchmarking with the industry landscape on an ongoing bases.

- Close coordination with the Idea Franchisee network for Product optimisation

- Ensure product architecture and transaction flow design is secure and has checks built in to prevent frauds.

Key Responsibility Areas :

Product management and marketing :

Concept to Go-live, user interface & customer experience, choosing/managing partners/vendors, commercial negotiation, integration, migration, pricing, marketing, regulatory compliance etc. for relevant product futures.

Product :

Ownership of Mobile wallet based feature roadmap for launching categories like Shopping, Travel, Prepaid, Movies etc.

Merchant Acquisition :

Getting relevant merchants onboarded across desirable categories.

Payments :

- Make Idea Money a preferred Payment platform with multiple payment options, build new profitable payment methods

Customer service support :

- Adequate levels of service is provided to customers & merchants

Revenue achievement :

- Gross revenue from all payment transactions; revenue share from merchants, overall fee income targets to be achieved.

Process definition & documentation :

Process definition and documentation for various applicable processes

Partner/merchant Management :

- Onboarding, ongoing relationship management for merchant & Franchisee Management

Regulatory compliance :

- Ensure that all applicable regulatory guidelines are complied with, to the extent required. Built in controls at product & transaction level to prevent frauds.
