Principal Accountabilities:  - To assist in the entire process of talent Acquisition and the timely hiring of quality manpower as per the organizational requirement to meet business goals   - Maintain a strict compliance on the SLAs of recruitment vertical while determining the specific talent Acquisition source to ensure lower cost with high quality   - Handle the entire joining process to ensure the smooth on boarding process for all new employees  - Compliance to the Online Recruitment Module requirement on Poornata in order to strictly adhere to the recruitment process  - Provide support to identify fresh talent through campus recruitment.  Educational Background: MBA - HR (Full Time)  Experience: Should have handled Talent Acquisition (Telecom Industry Preferred)
