Job purpose is to implement and execute, existing and latest Human Resources practices and processes to ensure internal customers satisfaction.   Roles & Responsibilities :   - Implement and execute the specific engagement initiatives & programs at the circle level to increase the employee satisfaction levels  - Maintain accurate data of all employees to ensure the smooth running of all modules & implement HR processes   - Execute Talent Management as per Corporate guidelines to understand employee/function wise performance  - Monitor & Analyze HR expenses and report it out to consolidate error free metrics  Major Challenges :   - Partnering with all the departments for smooth & timely implementation and execution of HR processes.
