Position: State Sales Training Head
Job Purpose:
- To plan, organize & implement training initiatives across sales team for enhancing knowledge, skill & attitude of the team.
- To lead & guide the team of field sales trainers through performance coaching intervention which leads to higher performance levels in sales team.
Key Result Areas:
- Ensuring training need analysis for the entire sales team.
- Plan & circulate monthly Sales Training calendar
- Roll out & implement Training calendar
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of imparted training
- Manage FST & providing coaching for skill enhancement
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA graduate from a Tier 1 college with 7 - 14 years of experience in Sales Training, Distribution in Telecom and FMCG organizations.
