Reporting To - Head HR

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage recrutiment of circle within agreed SLA

- End to end responsibility of PMS processes

- Work in a consultative capacity on organization structure level discussions and enable decisions to align with
national org structure

- Supervise HR operations of Idea Cellular Services Ltd (200 employee strong subsidiary sales organization)

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Vendor management

- Negotiation skills

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Proficient in Malayalam
