Senior Manager Usage & Revenue Prepaid
Position Summary :
This position exists to drive the segments offerings & pricing function at the Circle. The position drives the development of Offerings and Pricing plan within the overall Marketing strategy of the company and execution of plans to achieve desired objectives. The position manages the entire prepaid product and is responsible for effective schemes, ARPU and Rate per minute.
Key Result Areas/ Key Deliverables :
The position is responsible for the targets set for the Circle :
- Customer Market Share (shared with sales)
- Customer ARPU
- Rate per minute
- Drive Recharge Behaviour & Consumer Pocket Spend
- Timely and accurate revenue planning
- Circle business case preparation and their approval
Key Accountabilities/ Key Responsibilities :
Product, Pricing & Communications :
- Drive Product propositions and offerings across Prepaid baskets for the Circle in accordance with the Corporate plans
- Coordinate with the Sales team to achieve the targets for nos and implementation of product / initiatives
- Drive effective implementation of all the marketing plans developed to achieve defined objectives
- Prepare the Prepaid Voice marketing budget for own Circle in coordination with the Circle Finance and monitor utilization to exercise budget control
- Analyse circle performance on an ongoing basis and identify opportunities in the Marketing area as well as provide Early Warning for any issues
- Keep a continuous watch on the competition and internal KPI's to identify issues and initiate necessary corrective actions
- Handle End to End Consumer Communication & Effectiveness through different Modes, SIVR, Contact Centre, DIVR, SMS, OBD, Sanchaya
- Content & Tracking
- Conduct VOCs / FGDs on a periodic basis as per requirement.
Team Management :
- Monitor performance of team, share constructive feedback and identify areas of development for all subordinates

Internal Purpose :
Circle Sales & Customer Service : For planning and implementation of offering, initiatives and campaign planning
Circle Finance : For planning and review the marketing Budget Vs Achievement trends
IN / RA & IT : For implementation of Product initiatives / offerings
Corporate Marketing verticals : Coordinate development of Circle Business cases and getting their approval
