Profile : Sr Manager - Marketing Prepaid Acquisition

Location : Panchkula

Job Purpose :

- Develop new process process and innovations to achieve Customer Satisfaction (C-Sat) targets

- Enhance prepaid revenues to achieve Circle Gross Revenue targets

- Make product correction to achieve Prepaid Annual Rate of Return (ARR )Targets

- Enable segmented programs for churn subs to achieve Prepaid Visitor Location register (VLR) Ads targets and Enable segmented & open offers to achieve VLR targets for prepaid

- Provide regular market feedback on brand, competition, customers to achieve Rural /Urban Brand Tracking Index (BTI) targets

Desired Candidate Profile :

- MBA graduate from a Tier 1 college (B.Tech / B.E. preferred) with 5 - 12 years of experience in Marketing, Prepaid, CLM, Product Life Cycle, Acquisition in Telecom Operator.
