Profile : Relationship Manager Enterprise Business Unit

Location : Rohtak

Job Purpose :

- Hand Holding of accounts from sales

- Relationship Building and Account servicing

- Visit to corporate accounts as per PJP

- Customer Retention

- Ensuring healthy collections from accounts

- Bad debts and Churn control

- Engagement activities

- New initiatives for generating additional business and improving KPIs

- Service Camps activities at Corporate accounts

- Exploring & Promoting Enterprise Business Solution (Corporate Business Solutions) at accounts
