Position: Product Manager – Prepaid Usage & Revenue

Level: AM/Manager

Reporting: Product head (Marketing)

Experience:3 to 8 Years

Location: Lucknow

Qualification: B.E. or Any Post-Graduate with bright academics

Principal Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the category of Prepaid Usage & Revenue, while managing relevant products pertaining to subscriber retention and usage enhancement for the entire circle

- Development & management of various subscriber retention programmes across the category through innovative promotional activities.

- Identification & management of various usage enhancement campaigns, so as to manage revenue in a systematic manner

- Planning, implementation & review of various programmes related to revenue enhancement under the assigned category

- Feasibility of new products based on marketing research and consumer insights, development of value propositions, Launch of products and their performance measurement

- Maintenance of MIS and tracking of assigned activities on periodical basis

- Scanning of retention-led activities in the marketplaces from time to time and their counter programmes

- Replication of best practice from other circles and vice-versa

- Briefing to communications team for development of various artworks on revenue-led promotions

- Cross-functional: Prepaid Sales, IN & Switch and Prepaid SDQ

- Intra-departmental: Marcom Team Members

- Intra-vertical Counterparts: Prepaid Acquisition Manager, Postpaid Manager

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Functional: Product Management, Data Analysis, Marketing Research, Business Communications and Campaign Management

- Generic: Aggressive, Collaborative and Business Savvy

- Good Communication skills

- Analytical skills

- Hands on MS Office applications viz. Excel, Power point and Access (preferred)

- Industry : Telecom (pref. with Ex-GSM experience)
