Key Responsibility :
- Managing subscriber segments, enhancing revenue through intelligence in segmentation & product management within the framework of IRIS philosophy.
- Drive micro segmentation to identify segments to deliver Incremental Revenues and contribution
- Identifying intents and segments with incremental revenue opportunities.
- Review and propose best fit products for the segment to drive revenue and contribution.
- Ensure complete base coverage through segmented offers on monthly basis to drive revenues and profitability.
- Drive retention programs for subscribers across prepaid AON - 3 months base to achieve product revenue, VLR and subscriber targets.
- Implement the Predictive and Reactive Usage drop models in the circle to identify likely churn subscribers.
- Liaison with Analytics team to ensure validation and further model development.
- Analyzing circle trends and product performance w.r.t. product uptake rates, revenue uplift and contribution to prioritize segments and identify the right segment and its best offer.
- Evaluate segment / product performance basis usage pattern, take rates, incremental revenue and incremental contribution and identify best offer for the segment.
- Maintain and interpret trends in key variables for driving business. Identify and propose corresponding measures to achieve revenue and contribution targets.
- Drive Innovation in segment identification, product design and communication to get higher take rates and create differentiation in offerings.
- Explore and implement new modes of communication.
- Drive innovative segmentation variables to promote a culture of differentiation.
- Propose and test new product concepts to drive product uptake and revenues.
- Liasoning with Circle Team and Corporate Product Team to align team objectives with circle objectives.
- Aligning IRIS objectives with circle objectives.
- Drive Retail engagement program along with circle to establish segmented offers.
- Establish various processes (related to communication, product configuration, product approvals, promotion, etc) by taking buy in of all stakeholders across circle and corporate teams to streamline execution.
