Key Result Areas/Account abilities Supporting Actions :
Product Management & Tariffing in order to achieve Revenues and subscriber additions as per Postpaid Budget
- Develop & propose competitively priced commercial structure for Postpaid Products
- Continuous evaluation of New Products in the Market and its implementation
- Structure Postpaid Plans for the Retail and Enterprise segment which are competitive in the Market and help in driving Acquisitions and Revenue
- Develop Acquisition Mix, Promotional Schemes and targeted offers in order to maintaining healthy Realised Rates.
- Product Improvisation from time to time to remain competitive in the Market
- Design/conceptualize customized Plans/Products for the Enterprise Segment for achieving target Acquisitions
Manage Churn related processes for Retail & Enterprise :
- Minimize Churn and increase retention through design and execution of Retention Schemes/Plans for Retail & Enterprise
- Extracting revenue through existing user base through UnR activities
- Develop and drive the implementation of Loyalty Schemes/Programs for retention and Revenues
- Design & implement programmes to extract maximum revenue from the existing user base
- Launch special initiatives/undertake any other projects for growth of the Business.
- Launch New Products/Features critical to Acquisition/Revenue Enhancement
Data & process management :
- Design, conceptualize Postpaid Business Process along with Service Excellence Teams with improvisation from time to time
- Daily/Monthly Acquisitions & Revenue Tracking
- Tracking postpaid related KPIs
- Gather & provide Competition Update (Market share, Product comparison, Product feedback
