Idea - Product Manager

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Revenue ownership of products along with key customer metrics parameter

- Evolving & realizing new product & services to meet market requirements. Offer products and services by creating new use cases not in the market to gain leadership in the market

- Project management, UAT and product launches working with technology vendors & partners and to ensure delivery on tight schedules.

- Life cycle management of Products and services

- Design product offering to match customer & trade needs and experience

- Customer care processes for each of the product and services in coordination with service delivery teams

- Regulatory, Risk & fraud management requirements to be met for all products from design and execution of products and services
