Role Description
1.Revenue Management:
Responsible for Prepaid Acquisition Revenue Budgets
2. Product Management:
New product development based on market needs
Management of existing product portfolio for business viability and market relevance
3. Process Management:
Managing seamless process for all configuration in collaboration with IN
Managing and overlooking stock planning and ensuring adequate stock level (SIM, Vouchers) in collaboration with different stakeholders
4.Channel Management:
Liaising with Sales to ensure that channels acquire quality customers
Managing of Net VLR adds
Work in tandem with sales and finance for various margin and commissions for trade
5.Market Visibility & Communication:
Coordinate with brand and sales to ensure visibility at retail points
Managing optimal allocation of POP and other visibility drive with brand
Managing the various communication channel (SMS, OBD, etc) for optimal allocation and utilization
6.Handholding of newly acquired:
Handholding of on boarded customers for the first 90 days before handing over to U&R
7. Market Information:
Regular updates of market information through field visit
Regular contact with sales and trade for market information
8. Analysis Competition Analysis (SOGA, SONA):
Product performance
Traffic Analysis
Retailer Analysis
Analysis of Geography Performances
