Idea - Manager/Senior Manager - Information Management & Commercial Processes

Purpose : To populate, circulate and justify the MIS reports to the Circle Management Team.

SPOC for Regulatory Compliance where required by Commercial Dept.

Drive the establishment of a - standardized processes- culture & drive continuous improvement initiatives

Job Context :

- Provide expertise on various process to the Commercial team

- Facilitate the design & implementation of standardized processes across all circles

- Control of all relevant documents & records

- Develop & implement metrics based monitoring for operational efficiencies

- Work closely with internal audit team to eliminate/ minimize non-conformances

- Work with other Circles and Corporate and develop SOPs and Best Practices

- Coordinate with other functions internally within the Circle and with Corporate Commercial on Supply Planning and Scheduling

Major Challenges :

- Change Management & acceptance from all stakeholders.

- Bridging the knowledge gap.

- Understanding operational challenges.

Key Result Areas/Account-abilities :

- Obtain buy in from various stakeholders for populating monthly reports

- Provide expertise on various SCM processes to the Commercial team

- Facilitate the design & implementation of standardized processes across all circles

- Implement an effective BI & Audit mechanism at Circles.
