To design processes that will be identified for the roll out of Payments Bank . Processes will be specific to Customer service, compliance, branch operations and products related

Document the processes in Visio or IRIS tool

To maximise on automation of the processes which will require coordination with IT / IT vendor and work on process automation

To ensure all the relevant training material is prepared on the process

Roll out the processes across regions

Suggest process audit parameters

Initiate modification / upgradation of processes as per the business requirement

Requirement

Candidate should have clear understanding of retail banking processes and should have worked on designing & implementation of processes for atleast 5 - 6 years.
