Document the processes in Visio or IRIS tool
To maximise on automation of the processes which will require coordination with IT / IT vendor and work on process automation
To ensure all the relevant training material is prepared on the process
Roll out the processes across regions
Suggest process audit parameters
Initiate modification / upgradation of processes as per the business requirement
Requirement
Candidate should have clear understanding of retail banking processes and should have worked on designing & implementation of processes for atleast 5 - 6 years.
