Idea - Manager - Digital Innovations

The person will be working very closely with the Head - Digital Innovations to put in a place a digital portfolio of access channels for PPI business, along with robust processes for servicing customers digitally. In addition, the person will be responsible for executing digital plan for PPI business mainly catering to following scope

- Building a portfolio of digital channels such as web, WAP, XTML5, APP across multiple operating systems for discovery of PPI services, seamless registration, loading cash, execution of transactions in digital channels

- UI / UX of Digital interfaces across channels to make the customer experience simple through a UI least in number of clicks and seamless experience to use the services in a large variety of family of devices

- Competitive landscape - Learning from competition of same industry as well as players of different industries and building a differentiation strategy

- Call flow designs working with cross functional teams including external consultants if any

- Launch plan - Phase wise launch plan for various channel interfaces and program manage launches as per tight schedule

- Marketing and Branding requirements - working with brand team to create channel look and feel in line with brand philosophy .

- Working with merchant acquisition and product teams to create sticky use cases for relevant target segments
