Key Account Manager/National Account Manager  Job Description  - Responsible for acquisition of Corporate accounts and delivery of profitable, long term business of those accounts   - Responsible for managing the relationship and sales with Channel partners   - Responsible for growing the channels business in other geographic regions   - Works collaboratively to provide direction on the service relationship for nominated accounts   - Provides inputs to decisions on new propositions, product mix and services to customers  -Ensures delivery of all financial targets including gross margin, cost to manage, cost to connect, net assets, turnover, operational cash flow and average revenue per user (ARPU)   -Establishes appropriate relationships with customers and leverages those relationships to ensure maximum financial return from customers
