Idea - IT Architect - Payments Bank

Job Description:

This person would be accountable for the development/integration and implementation of all the functional and technical solution components of the Payments Bank.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible and accountable owner of the functional and technical architecture for the Payments Bank.

- Draw up the architecture standards for the different solution components of the Payments Bank.

- Ensure compliance of all architecture components to the standards that have been setup.

- Establish detailed Change Management, continuous integration and deployment standards for all architecture components.

- Work closely with the SI partner teams that are engaged in development/systems integration to review the different work products from an architecture perspective through the project life cycle.

- Identify, track, manage, and mitigate the architecture risks arising out of end-of-life components.

Mandatory Skills / Experience Requirements:

- MBA Finance with an underlying B.E./B. Tech degree

Total Number of Years of Experience Required: 12-15 years

- Extensive experience and expertise in architecting and implementing new-age retail payments solutions such as mobile banking, contact-less cards, e-commerce merchant acquisitions and settlements, IMPS.

- Deep understanding of the different technology platforms that support these capabilities, and their strengths and weaknesses, technology obsolescence, end-of-life technologies.

- Ability to work and deliver in an environment of ambiguity.

Working Relationships (Internal/External)

- Work closely with various stakeholders such as business, operations, SI partners, and regulatory authorities to ensure that IT for the Payments Bank is delivered on time with quality.
