Idea - Content Lead - Music

- Identify strategic Music content partners/copyright owners across genres - Bollywood, Regional, Spiritual, International etc.

- Negotiate commercials, Execute Agreements with strategic partners

- Oversee the systematic ingestion/ uploading of music content on Operator specific interfaces as per operator guidelines

- Manage published content and Content partners

- Identify long - term mutual business growth opportunities for partner accounts in the region and drive those opportunities internally and externally

- Promotional activities with content partners for new and existing content

- Keep a track on day to day business activities on partner content

- Innovative ideas to launch new products with the acquired content on various platforms

- Reporting/analytics, and review meetings with partners

- Address partner concerns/inquiries

- Partner play lists, suggestive content for Calendar of Events.

- Partner new release schedules and follow ups

- Product designing / content packaging /placement across products and services

- Categorization of content in to different Genres / Sub Genres & Categories / Sub Categories of different languages as per operator specs.

- Creating compilations/playlists/suggestive list of content to be promoted on a daily basis based on events, moods, themes etc.
