Job opening for Team Member position in TQM for Assam Nesa Circle.

Position : Assistant Manager

Function : TQM

Location : Guwahati

Salary: Open

Purpose :

- To drive the TQM movement in the circle by establishing TQM culture, by imparting quality initiative trainings, assisting departments in pursuing quality certifications, driving & mentoring improvement projects

Job Responsibilities :

PRIMARY:

- Assisting quality council members in identification of projects.

- Imparting quality awareness training to all employees up to AM & green belt training to all managers & above.

- Mentoring support to all green belt projects taken up at circle level.

- To complete Black Belt projects at the circle level under the aegis of Master Black Belt.

- Assisting green belts for certification.

- Ensuring tollgate review for all sigma projects.

- Assist departments in perusing certifications that may be relevant to them/organization i.e TL 9000, ISO 9000,COPC

- Drive process standardization / documentation initiatives across the circle.

- Six Sigma
