Idea - Business Intelligence Role - MIS & Budgeting - CA

Requirement : CA with minimum 2 years telecom experience in MIS & Budgeting.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

To Support & ensure that Circle Head gets on critical business parameters by providing analysis and insights through appropriate MIS leading to suitable and timely decision making and subsequent actionables of various functions as directed by the circle Head.

General Management Information System (MIS)

- To analyze circle's MIS reports (all functions) and provide the summary and insights/observations to Circle Head.

- To prepare variance analysis of sales /spend/revenue/budget for review.

Financial Reporting Analysis

- Analysis of circle financial statements w.r.t policy, procedures & systems to ensure that it presents true & fair view of the Circle's financial performance.

- To follow up and coordinate with accounts team in finance during accounts preparation within timelines set by Financial Controller - Corporate office.

- To coordinate with audit team in finance on the circle responses to audit related objections / concerns.

Credit control

Coordinating with RA Team for implementation of credit policy w.r.t. fraud management activities / procedures & monitor the smooth functionality of billing process.

- Coordinate with legal team on compliances to local legislations such as sales tax, municipal laws, DOT norms, shops & establishment etc. are maintained.

- Coordination with corporate internal auditor in providing circle financial reports and getting revenue related approvals.

To support Circle Head in periodic reviews of performance of every function ( COR and local reviews)

Tracking, Monitoring Of

- Functional productivity

- Action planning, discussed & agreed by HODs in various forums and report out progress on the same through trackers and dashboards .
