Idea - B2B Product Manager - Payment Banking

Job Description

The B2B Product Manager role is to interact with corporates/ institutes/ Government entities and determine their requirements for their Banking requirements in the B2BC customer base. This resource will then internally work with the Technology/ Operations team to provide a comprehensive solution to the Corporate/ Institute/ Government entity.

Experience in dealing with mid to large size corporates is a must.

Must provide functional / technical leadership on projects and lead internal as well as external team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Represent the organization at senior levels with external Corporates

- Analyze and interpret Corporate requirement for banking solution within the Payment Banking space specifically with an end consumer focus

- Conduct technical feasibility study of the business needs and effectively articulate the requirements

- Cross tab the requirement with the existing solution capability and identify gap areas

- Identify solutions to cater to the gap

- Work on business processes for successful implementation at client end

- Work closely with Technology and Operations to devise most optimal business-technology solution

- Driver for profitability and drive business targets within the Corporate space

- Maintain the corporate relationship on an ongoing basis through profitability as well as problem solving mindset

- Effectively partner with internal and external customers to hunt for business opportunities

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree

- 5 or more years experience in technical integration / software development of multiple applications and atleast 1-2 years of experience in dealing with mid to large size Corporates

- Systems implementation experience at client end

- Excellent written and verbal communications and analytical skills required. Should possess good presentation and articulation skills.

- Demonstrate leadership by example through consistent and sustainable performance illustrating integrity, strategic thinking, determination, focus, and an understanding of business needs.
