Drive Tertiary Revenue through Recharge Vouchers :
- Driving Value Vouchers for Prepaid Customer Base - Responsible for Pack Penetration in Eligible Base, Communication, Conversions and Assessment
- Leverage Migration Vouchers for Customer Migrations from older Plans to current Plans
- Drive Recharge Behaviour & Consumer Pocket Spend
Consumer Engagement through Communication :
- Handle End to End Consumer Communication & Effectiveness through different Modes- SIVR, Contact Centre, DIVR, SMS, OBD, Sanchaya
- Content & Tracking
- Conduct VOCs / FGDs on a periodic basis as per requirement.
New Product Launches :
- Product Configurations as per decided Product Launch Schedule/Norms
Retail Engagement/Activation :
- Retail Activities, Trade Contests, Building Awareness around Products & Promotions
Competitive Intelligence & Benchmarking :
- Tracking Competition Products/Vouchers and share market performance
Compliance / Documentation :
- TRAI Compliance & Filing - Website & WAP Portal updations
- Masters Updation
