- Identification and Completion of Six Sigma Projects to attain Business/Customer Impact.

- Identify and Roll Out Process Standardization to streamline processes and best practices.

- Lead TQM Initiatives to ensure continuous involvement of all.

- Ensure Employee Engagement for Mass involvement.

- Conduct In-house Training for Concept Development.

- Ensure Business Impact to contribute to Circle Target Revenue.

- Support Balanced Scorecard Implementation.
