Job Description :
- Recruitment & training of DSTs to drive gross acquisitions.
- Execution of post paid processes & policies.
- Ensure the quality number of calls to enterprise customers.
- Coordination with circle office for product & other relevant support.
- Ensuring the quality acquisition of subscribers.
- Tracking of FBD/ SBD in order to support targeted net adds & control churn as per budget.
- Ensuring product mix as per targets.
- Acquisition of high ARPU customers from competition.
- Drive data business as per budgeted targets
