IDC Technologies - Project Manager

Total Experience : At least 12 years in Software Development/Maintenance

- Should have more than 3 years of experience of handling application development/ application maintenance projects as a Project Manager

- Should have handled a team of more than 30 software developers

- ITIL Certified

Job Responsibilities :

- Project Integration Management : Develop project plan, direct and manage project execution

- Project Scope & Time Management : Estimation, create WBS, Schedule development, schedule variation

- Project Cost Management : Schedule and effort control, ensure COD remains as per project plan, timely invoicing and payments

- Project Quality Management : Ensure compliance to organizational quality norms, quality planning, quality audit & assurance, code quality checks, audits

- Human Resource Management : resource planning, augmentation, manage project team, manage productivity, control attrition, team mentoring and development

- Project communication management : information distribution, status and performance reporting, stakeholder management

- Project Risk Management : Risk management planning, identification of risks, risk analysis, risk response planning, monitoring and control of risks

- Education : Full Time B. Tech / B.E. /MCA /M. Tech/ MS(IT)/M. Sc.(IT) from a reputed institute
