The candidate should be currently performing Managerial role handling end to end HR functions (70% generalist - 30 % recruitment).

Preferred industry: Fin-Tech

Experience: 10 - 12 years

Work Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

- Overseeing entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, selection to negotiation with candidates, extending offers & post offer follow up

- Manpower planning & Budgeting

- Recruitment as per manpower projections (IT & Call Centre) - through various sources like walk-ins, job portals, references etc.

2. Employee Engagement & Grievance handling

- Employee engagement and retention Activities

- Facilitating and conceptualizing various events of employee engagement such as a celebration of festivals and various activities like monthly birthday celebrations, Annual sports events & party.

- Employee grievance handling & addressing disciplinary areas

- Implementation administration of various policies and providing continuous on-going support to management & employees on HR related matters, policies & procedures

3. Compensation & Benefit

- Salary restructuring & benchmarking

- Provide support for salary processing

- Hands-on experience in preparing increment scenarios and budgeting

- Issuing various HR - related letters, appraisal letters and compensation letters

4. HRMS:

- Preparing the monthly MIS

- Maintaining details about the different HR processes like the interview, joining, exit etc.

- Responsible for reports as required by Management from time to time.

5. Performance Management

- Managing and implementing performance management and appraisal process

- Compilation and declaration of appraisal results

- Grievance handling by acting as a channel between management and employees

6. Rewards & Recognition

- Implementation and facilitation the reward and recognition program across the organization

- Collection and evaluation of nominations

- Facilitates award announcement and distribution

7. Training & Development

- Responsible for preparing training need identification plan and consolidating training calendar

- Execution and conduction of training programs through internal & external trainers.

- Maintain training database and records

8. Statuary Compliance & Process adherence

- Continuous comprehensive review & upgradation of the process, system, and policies to ensure smooth HR processes

- Ensuring timely submission of formalities for the new joiners

- Handling HR related activities for ISO & Client audit

- Attending external audits

9. Exit Management

- Ensuring timely completion of exit interview formalities
