IDBI Federal Life Insurance - Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct product; sales; behavioral training for sales team in the area

- Induction training for new joined employees

- Preparation of Training Calendar for mapped branches as per the training needs of Sales Team.

- Ensure Training coverage.

- Preparing & submitting MIS as required by organisation

The skills required are

- Experience in handling Agency & Banca

- Having handled product, process, skill and behavioural modules

- Sound knowledge on Insurance and related subjects

- Sales experience is a bonus.

- At least 5 years in training.
